Rosatom's foreign orders 10-year portfolio at $135.9 bln 2022

MOSCOW, May 31 (PRIME) – A 10-year foreign order portfolio of Russian nuclear power corporation Rosatom amounted to U.S. $135.9 billion as of 2022 decreasing from $139.9 billion in 2021, according to an annual report by civil subsidiary Atomenergoprom released on Wednesday.

"The portfolio of foreign orders for a 10-year period amounted to $135.9 billion," the statement read.

Revenue from foreign orders increased to $11.76 billion in 2022 from $8.9 billion in 2021. Rosatom fulfilled all liabilities on uranium exports in 2022 sending uranium to 43 clients from 15 states. The uranium order portfolio remained on the level of previous years.

Atomenergoprom also said that Rosatom plans to build a small-capacity power plant in India and will commission a preliminary feasibility study in 2023. The company also plans to complete preliminary feasibility studies for small nuclear power plant projects in Myanmar and Kyrgyzstan in 2023.
